Cancelation request 30 days prior to the start date

You have up until one month (30 days) prior to the start of the enrolled program to be eligible for the full refund of that program, minus the processing fees. The processing fees are 7% of the amount of the requested refund. Refunds will only be provided to the payment method that was provided in the original transaction.

Cancelation request within 30 days of the start date

No refund or credit will be provided if you cancel within the 30 days of the enrolled program start date.

Unforeseen circumstances

If “Kids Clarity” needs to cancel due to any unforeseen circumstance due to any country, state, county, city or school health order or mandate, you will receive a prorated credit based on the number of days cancelled for that program.
