Behnoush Babzani, CPLC
Behnoush has dedicated her life to serving and empowering her community by turning her crises into a career as a Social Entrepreneur, Certified Professional Life Coach and Author.
She is the author of the 2020 published Memoir, Hold On While I Hang On. If you like inspirational true-life stories, beating insurmountable odds, and hopeful messages, then you’ll love her extraordinary journey.
Behnoush also published the CLARITY Journal for Purposeful Living. As a two-time survivor of a rare blood disorder and bone marrow transplant recipient,
She is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Non-Profit, Project Marrow.
In her Coaching business, Behnoush uses innovative and evidence-based techniques to help clients radically shift and reprogram their mindset to overcome obstacles and reach goals with her customized strategies.
Through her CLARITY programs, she offers a 6 week group intensive to overcome stress and anxiety. She serves private businesses with her Corporate CLARITY program, supporting stress-management in workplaces.
Behnoush also teaches Mindfulness Practices in schools, to support kids’ social and emotional development.
Parvin Pourasef, LCSW
Parvin is a professional Psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been working in the social services industry for over 20 years and has been trained in different approaches for therapy.
In addition to her private practice, Parvin conducts conferences and workshops for the professional training of parents and childcare providers, including training sessions at local colleges.
With her expertise in Early Childhood Education, Parvin provides technical assistance and training to the professional childcare community.
Parvin also works with families to provide practical skills to overcome parenting challenges.
Mojdeh Saleh, Art Director
Mojdeh has spent the last 20 years exploring art and philosophy. She has acquired knowledge, tools and techniques to create art mindfully.
She started her private art studies as a teenager and after moving to California in 1979, completed her formal training at San Jose State University where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design.
After 18 dynamic and successful years in the Advertising and Design world, she turned to the private sector to pursue painting on canvas.
Her extensive traditional training yielded realistic and impressionistic paintings. Mojdeh’s recent work is with acrylic paint and she refers to it as “Intuitive Painting”.
For as long as she can remember, Mojdeh has been passionate about empowering children. With this in mind, she has designed some mindful and practical art exercises where children learn to explore a range of creative possibilities, see multiple perspectives, remain curious as the work unfolds and experience the range and variety of what we are capable of feeling.
