Join us this Spring Break as we exclusively host this 3-day camp for grades K-5 in Walnut Creek!

During the day-camp, your child will learn to express and manage their emotions with mindfulness practices. Exercises include proper breathing techniques, how to redirect emotions, kid-friendly meditations and expression through art. Each course is created and taught by a Professional Artist, Life Coaches, Psychotherapists and Early Childhood education specialists.

Grades K-5 are important developmental stages for your child. It will construct the groundwork for mental health in the adult developmental stage. Mindfulness-based school programs have shown to demonstrate a range of social, cognitive, and emotional benefits for elementary students.

Creating art is a peaceful activity that encourages stillness and focuses the mind. Students will experience a mixture of Visual Arts, Three-Dimensional Arts, Music, Painting, Crafts, Games, Performance and so much more.

In order to give each age group the maximum experience we are organizing groups of K-2nd graders and 3rd-5th graders. Each age group will have special curated courses.

We offer step by step demonstrations for various levels to aid with “drawing skills”. Other artwork may involve guidance to follow their intuition to create and “intuitive expressions” in colors and patterns. “Artful thinking” will be age appropriate and a discussion about a well known painting, their observation, reasoning and questioning to see and interpret the world through multiple perspectives.

You will join us at the end of camp to experience your students achievements in Kids Clarity Camp!
